TransferabilityStudents who plan to transfer to a four-year university for a bachelor's degree are advised to prepare early in their academic program by consulting with a transfer counselor.Onondaga maintains formal articulation agreements with more than 70 four-year colleges and universities (like Cornell University, Syracuse University, Rochester Institute of Technology, and SUNY partners). Articulation agreements ease direct transfer to four-universities with third-year (Junior) status without loss of academic credit. Employment PreparationOnondaga graduates acquire a solid academic and professional foundation as preparation for employment, and the Career and Applied Learning Center is available to assist with job search, internships, and community service learning.ESL (English as a Second Language)Onondaga offers no intensive ESL program.
